Minimum Orders:

1 dozen for stock line items
10-50 dozen for custom items depending on style
$100.00 opening order (goods value)

   
Pricing: Prices reflect trade costs only.  New customers must present proper resale tax identification at the time of purchase
   
Delivery: Delivery lead times can vary between styles.  We do our best to stock as much inventory as possible.  Should an item be backordered, the average lead time is between 6-8 weeks.  Delivery charges are UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.  Charges will apply for rush orders.
   
Payment: Opening orders must be paid by credit card only.  New customers may apply for terms after the first order.  Terms are Net 30 days unless otherwise arranged with The Style Group.  A 25% late fee will be added to any invoice that is past 60 days.   Major credit cards accepted.  If you are paying by credit card, please be sure to include the expiration date, the full name as it appears on the card, and a signature.  Charges will appear under “Style Accessories, Inc.” on your statement.  Charges must be approved before goods will ship.
   
Return Policy: The Style Group makes every effort to ensure the quality of its merchandise however shipping strains may sometimes create damages.  Damaged goods may be returned for credit with a return authorization number only.  Damage claims must be received via fax or e-mail within 7 days of shipment and must include the style number, quantity, and complete description of damages to receive authorization.  Customers returning undamaged goods shipped on or before the cancel date will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
   
Carding/Ticketing: The Style Group can card and/or ticket items provided all details appear on the purchase order.  The Style Group is not responsible for the buying or shipping of customer cards and tickets unless otherwise arranged.  Customers wishing to provide cards and tickets must get all goods to the Style warehouse as soon as possible.  Should cards and/or tickets not arrive in time to meet the cancel date, The Style Group will ship all goods bulk and will not be responsible for late deliveries due to lack of cards and tickets.
